When I first came up with the idea for this website, I thought it should have strict rules about what types of products should be showcased: local, organic, no chemicals or dyes, etc. The list could have ended up long and lengthy of all I didn’t want.
What about what I do want?
Local, yes. I’m giving it a more or less 100km radius around Montreal. We’ll see where my adventures take me. Does every ingredient need to be local? No. Not every, but I do like the idea of most of them coming from around here. Smaller footprint, and all that.
Products for Mind, Body and Soul. Okay. Vague. Up to personal interpretation. My interpretation may not have strict rules, but rather a feeling. Does it make me feel good? Do I have that huge childlike grin on my face? These are good indications for me that I’m on the right track.
